Comprehensive Service Package
Quarterly fee starting at $3,725
- Quarterly update to your stock of photos. We will photograph one special event and/or service project per quarter to help you document your ongoing work. These photos are helpful for grant reporting, staff photos, online photo albums, year-end reports, and more!
- Two video shorts. Short videos can engage people on many levels. Donors can see results, visitors can learn about your organization, and the general public can be inspired to advocate for your cause.
- Regular e-news development. Some clients send out weekly e-newsletters. Others send them out monthly or quarterly. We can help you figure out what makes sense for your organization, and produce great content for you. We can either teach you how to produce them yourself, or we can produce and send them out for you.
- Web content development/optimization. We can help you generate new content for your website, or help you edit and optimize your current content. This includes writing, editing, media placement, and more.
- Planning and consulting services. Up to three hours of consulting and/or training in digital media and communications. We tailor our consulting services to the specific needs of your organization, and leave you with a concrete, realistic plan of action that will help your organization communicate and grow.

Standard Service Package
One-time fee starting at $1,500
- New stock of photos of your organization at work. Includes detailed, narrative captions. We capture a wide variety of shots so that the photos don’t feel stale after one year of use. Our standard package includes a full day of shooting (up to 6 hours), post-processing, web optimization, private online album, and a disc of all high- and low-resolution images (approx. 300 to 800 images).
- E-newsletter setup and design. We will help you create a mailing list, design a template, and complete the content of one e-newsletter. We’ll train your staff on effective e-news techniques so that you can do it yourself!
- Consulting services. Up to three hours of consulting and/or training in digital media and communications. We tailor our consulting services to the specific needs of your organization, and leave you with a concrete, realistic plan of action that will help your organization communicate and grow.
